If someone could explain what these words means, I would appreciate it.

1. "RA Unit"
Something to do with medics and such, what does the RA stand for?

2. "Rail Unit"
What exactly is a rail unit doing in SWAT?

3. "10-david"
Does this mean some paricular unit (like group leader or..) or just a name
for a group?

Thanks in advance

If I recall, "RA" refers to Responding Ambulance, at least in California
police agencies.
In other words, if an officer calls on the radio for an "RA" he is
requesting an ambulance be sent to his location.
Not sure about the other two references.
Anybody else?
